Product condition and sales

Open-box, scratch-and-dent, overstock, and liquidation appliances may have cosmetic wear, packaging differences, or other disclosed conditions. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, except when an appliance is non-functional within the applicable warranty. Customers should confirm the product, condition, included accessories, dimensions, price, and terms before purchase.

Measurements and fit

Customers are responsible for measuring the appliance space, doorways, hallways, stairs, and other access points. An appliance that does not fit is not eligible for return.

Limited warranty

Apex Appliances provides a 90-day limited warranty covering function only. Some appliances also carry remaining manufacturer coverage or an included extended protection plan, which applies as provided by its issuer. Coverage varies by item and is confirmed in writing with your purchase.

Delivery and installation
